Delivery times

Processing times:

1 to 2 days, order processing per day until 5 pm

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Switzerland: about 8 to 15 working days

Europe: approximately 8 to 15 working days

Shipping costs

Standard delivery costs 10 CHF

Free delivery from 140 CHF

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before order validation.

Order Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it is sent by email so that you can track the routeing of your package.

Delivery delays

Although we are doing our best to meet the announced deadlines, delays beyond our control may occur. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions or customs procedures.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when ordering. Pulsiora cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt or the expected delivery date so that we can examine the situation and provide you with a suitable solution.
